The central heights of the new Y, YKS, YKK series of medium and large sized high voltage squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motors has total of 12 kinds and the range from 355mm to 1250mm. The rated voltage is 6KV or 10KV.
The series motor adopts advanced analysis techniques in design and adopts high quality materials and the scientific process in manufacture which resulting the series motor has advantages of high efficiency, low noise and vibration, high reliability and convenience for mounting and maintaining.
The series motors are comply with the national standard GB755 Rotating electrical machines—rating and performance, GB10069 Measurement of airborne noise emitted by rotating electrical machinery and the noise limits, GB10069.3 Measurement of airborne noise emitted by rotating electrical machinery and the noise limits-Part 3:noise limits, GB10068 Mechanical vibration of certain machines with shaft heights 56 mm and higher-measurement, evaluation and limits of vibration severity and relevant IEC international standard. They are basic reference JB/T7593, JB / T 10315.1 and JB / T 10446 and other industry standards, but the power level is extended and part of the outline installation dimensions are subject to change.
The basic design of the series motor is horizontal with mounting arrangement IMB3, the duty is S1 continuous.
The normal protection degree of the motor: IP23, IP44, IP54.
The normal cooling method of the motor: IC01, IC81W, IC611 or IC616.
If customers need other type of mounting arrangement, protection degree or cooling method, please sign special technical agreement when ordering.
The frame of the series motors is welded with steel plate, which makes the motor has good rigidity, light weight, the motor structure optimization design also makes the series motors has the advantage of convenience for installation and maintenance.
The lamination of stator and rotor is formed by low-loss non-oriented cold rolled silicon steel. The insulation class of stator is F. Each end of stator coils adopts reliable fastness and colligation, after the end of the coil wiring is completed, it would suffered the inter turn pulse voltage tests and foreign advanced vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) solvent paint process.
The series motor adopts rolling bearing or sliding bearing, it depends on the power and speed of the motor.
The series motors can be used to drive a variety of general machinery. If it will drive pump or low load fan, and meet the following conditions:
(a)During the starting process, the terminal voltage of the motor is not less than 80% of the rated voltage;
(b)On the rated speed of the motor, the resisting torque of the fan is not more than 23% of the rated torque of the motor;
(c)The moment of inertia of the fan (converted to the rated speed of the motor) is not more than the load J values specified in the technical data sheets.
The standard design series motor can be selected as the drive motor.
If the load exceeds the above conditions, or the motor is used to drive other machinery and equipment, such as coal mills, strip machines, rolling mills, winches and other heavy-duty starting equipment, the user should provide detailed technical requirements, including the terminal voltage during motor starting, the load resisting torque curve and the load moment of inertia (converted to motor speed) to analyze and determine whether to adopt a special design to meet the load requirements. These works before ordering could ensure reliable operation of the motor.
